Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry merchandise
- flexible availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- compliance with all Walmart policies including drug-free workplace
- basic math skills
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- experience in retail or customer service is beneficial
- ability to operate paint mixing equipment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays throughout the day
- perform paint mixing as required
- cut fabric as needed
- ensure salesfloor is clean and organized
- assist in restocking and inventory management
