Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legally eligible to work in the United States
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- attention to detail in maintaining displays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- basic math skills for cash handling or inventory tasks
- flexible availability to work mid and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order
- perform paint mixing tasks
- cut fabric as required
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the department
- support inventory management and restocking
