Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- Availability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and organizing merchandise
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- Willingness to learn paint mixing and fabric cutting
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate paint mixing equipment and fabric cutting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mid-shift and closing hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring materials
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing as required
- Cut fabric as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized department
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
