Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to pass a drug test and background check
- able to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing
- dependable and punctual
- able to handle physical demands of the job
- authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience considered an asset
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible schedules including mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance based on customers' wants and needs
- recommend merchandise in the Hobbies & Home Improvement section
- maintain product displays and ensure they are orderly throughout the day
- perform paint mixing as required
- cut fabrics according to customer specifications
- ensure cleanliness and safety in work areas
