Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work mid and closing shifts
- Ability to mix paint and cut fabric is beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Dependability and punctuality
- Willingness to comply with company drug-free policy

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise to customers
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order
- Mix paint as required
- Cut fabric when necessary
- Ensure neatness and order throughout the store
- Assist with store operations during mid and closing shifts
