Job Requirements

- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Meet or exceed minimum wage requirements

- Basic physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to perform tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to operate paint mixing equipment and fabric cutting tools is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement department displays
- Perform paint mixing when required
- Cut fabric as needed
- Ensure merchandise is organized and restocked
- Provide excellent customer service
