Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- available to work mid-shift and closing hours
- able to perform physical tasks including standing and lifting
- pass Walmart’s drug screening and background check
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience
- ability to operate paint mixing equipment
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail in maintaining displays
- ability to work flexible shifts
- basic math skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays
- mix paint as needed
- cut fabric as required
- ensure merchandise is organized and presentable
- restock shelves as necessary
