Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must be legally authorized to work in the united states
- availability to work part-time mid and closing shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills
- compliance with walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service preferred
- basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays
- keep merchandise displays orderly throughout the day
- mix paint as required
- cut fabric as needed
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
