Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time
- Must meet or exceed minimum wage requirements
- Available for opening and morning shifts
- Capable of performing physical tasks
- Comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Must be able to assist customers and maintain product displays
- Able to follow safety standards and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including opening and morning shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Attention to detail for specialized tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays
- Mix paint as needed
- Cut fabrics as required
- Ensure displays are orderly throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service
