Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- Must be able to mix paint and cut fabric safely
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain organized and neat merchandise displays
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Physical ability to handle tasks on the sales floor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to handle paint mixing and fabric cutting safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work mid and closing shifts proficiently
- Basic knowledge of merchandise displays and store operations
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays
- Mix paint as required
- Cut fabric as needed
- Ensure displays are in proper order throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service
