- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time
- prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
- ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
- must comply with drug-free workplace policy
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance to customers
- recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays in proper order
- mix paint as required
- cut fabrics as required
- ensure sales floor cleanliness and organization
