Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- basic math skills for cash handling and paint mixing
- good verbal communication skills
- willingness to follow Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- basic knowledge of mixing paint and fabric cutting preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- mix paint as required
- cut fabric when needed
- ensure store aisles and shelves are tidy and stocked
- assist with inventory management and product replenishment
