Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- availability to work part-time hours
- basic proficiency in English
- ability to perform manual tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service is an advantage
- basic knowledge of hobbies or home improvement products is beneficial
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shifts and closing shifts
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- perform paint mixing
- perform fabric cutting
- ensure a clean and organized sales area
- assist with inventory management as needed
