Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
- Reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter #406 location
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively with diverse customers
- Basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting techniques beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Capability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Assist customers by recommending merchandise based on their needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing as required
- Cut fabrics following safety guidelines
- Ensure product displays are clean and well-organized
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
