Job Requirements
- Must be able to work part-time including mid-shift and closing hours
- Must be willing to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting duties
- Must be able to provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Must meet minimum wage requirements applicable to the Fargo, ND location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to handle paint mixing and fabric cutting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible part-time shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance
- Recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs
- Maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing duties as required
- Cut fabrics as needed
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and customer-ready
- Support inventory management and stocking tasks
