Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability for part-time shifts including mid-shift and closing
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills
- ability to follow safety and operational procedures
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric handling preferred
- ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order
- perform paint mixing
- perform fabric cutting
- ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized
- provide excellent customer service
