Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide customer service
- Capability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Willingness to learn paint mixing and fabric cutting
- Compliance with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Basic knowledge of general merchandise
- Ability to maintain organized displays
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Assist customers and recommend merchandise based on needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays
- Mix paint as required
- Cut fabric as required
- Ensure displays are orderly throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service
