- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to follow store policies and procedures
- drug-free workplace compliance
- availability to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts

Job Duties
- greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- mix paint as required
- cut fabric as required
- ensure the sales floor is organized and clean
- support customers with product questions and store navigation
