- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform basic tasks such as paint mixing and fabric cutting
- good communication skills
- adherence to workplace safety policies
- pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order
- perform paint mixing
- cut fabrics as needed
- ensure safety and cleanliness in assigned areas
- collaborate with team members to meet store goals
