- ability to work opening and morning shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- must comply with Walmart drug-free workplace policy
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing
- willingness to assist customers and perform merchandising duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic math skills for transactions and inventory
- capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays
- ensure displays are organized and tidy throughout the day
- perform paint mixing when required
- cut fabric according to customer specifications
- support store cleanliness and merchandise stocking
