Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work mid and closing shifts
- able to follow safety and operational procedures
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- able to communicate clearly in English
- willing to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- basic knowledge of merchandise handling and display
- ability to operate paint mixing equipment and fabric cutting tools is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible mid-shift and closing hours
- capability to work in a team environment and independently
Job Duties
- greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays
- perform paint mixing as required
- carry out fabric cutting when necessary
- ensure merchandise is presented in proper order throughout the day
- provide a pleasant and helpful customer service experience
