- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as stocking and organizing merchandise
- Effective communication skills
- Eligible to work in the US

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- Mix paint as required
- Cut fabric as needed
- Ensure merchandise is stocked and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
