- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- basic math skills for paint mixing and fabric cutting
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable transportation to the Bridgeview, IL location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible mid and closing shifts
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance to customers and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs
- maintain and organize Hobbies & Home Improvement displays throughout the day
- mix paint as required
- cut fabric as required
- ensure displays are stocked and visually appealing
- provide exceptional customer service
