Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- available to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise
- pass a background check
- comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- flexible availability
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service is an asset
- ability to operate paint mixing and fabric cutting equipment is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain hobbies and home improvement displays throughout the day
- perform paint mixing
- conduct fabric cutting as required
- ensure displays are neat and orderly
- provide excellent customer service
