Job Requirements
- Part-time availability
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for paint mixing
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- No tolerance policy for illegal drug and alcohol use
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous
- Basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing hours
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Assist customers and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs
- Maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing duties as required
- Cut fabric when necessary
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and stocked
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
