Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible mid-shift and closing hours
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting safely
- willingness to adhere to company policies including drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for paint mixing and fabric cutting

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and product recommendations
- maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays
- mix paint as needed
- cut fabric as required
- ensure displays are orderly throughout the shift
- assist with inventory management
