Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work part-time including mid and closing shifts
- Ability to safely handle paint and fabric materials
- Good physical stamina for standing and moving throughout the shift
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to operate paint mixing equipment and fabric cutting tools is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid and closing shifts
- Team-oriented and proactive work attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs
- Maintain hobbies and home improvement displays in proper order
- Perform paint mixing as required
- Cut fabrics when necessary
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise availability
- Provide excellent customer service
