- High school diploma or equivalent
- part-time availability including mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and organizing merchandise
- good communication and customer service skills
- authorize to work in the United States
- commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications

- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- strong communication skills
- ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting a plus
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order
- perform paint mixing
- cut fabric as required
- ensure product shelves are stocked and organized
- provide excellent customer service throughout shifts
