Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work full-time, including opening and morning shifts
- availability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long durations
- capable of following company policies including drug-free workplace rules
- reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening and morning hours
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order
- perform paint mixing as required
- cut fabric when needed
- restock merchandise throughout the day
- ensure a clean and organized work environment
