Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- willingness to engage with customers and provide excellent service
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliable transportation to Walmart Supercenter #5728 in Newburgh, IN
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- ability to operate paint mixing equipment and fabric cutting tools is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- basic math skills for transactions and measurements
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- offer assistance to customers and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs
- maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- perform paint mixing as required
- cut fabric when necessary
- ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable
- comply with safety and company policies
