Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
- familiarity with safety procedures in retail environments
- willingness to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day
- perform paint mixing
- carry out fabric cutting
- adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
- assist with inventory management
