Job Qualifications

- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- Basic knowledge of hobbies and home improvement products is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate paint mixing and fabric cutting equipment safely
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays
- Perform paint mixing
- Conduct fabric cutting
- Ensure displays are orderly throughout the day
- Provide excellent customer service
