- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods
- Availability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- Basic math skills for paint mixing
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage

Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays
- Ensure displays are in proper order throughout the day
- Perform paint mixing and fabric cutting as required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support inventory management as needed
