Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work part-time shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Basic math skills for handling merchandise and paint mixing
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- Basic knowledge of paint mixing and fabric cutting preferable
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during a shift
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the salesfloor
- Offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer needs
- Maintain Hobbies and Home Improvement displays in proper order
- Perform paint mixing as required
- Cut fabric when necessary
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness standards
