Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum two years related retail experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver’s license or state ID
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to follow safety protocols
- availability to work assigned shifts on time
- ability to train and supervise associates
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and interpret business documents
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- basic mathematical skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios
- problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and ready to lead
- promoting sales through guest engagement and product knowledge
- performing managerial duties including inventory and sales tracking
- merchandising products to drive sales
- directing and participating in stocking, pricing, and store maintenance
- providing training on guest service and equipment use
- supervising and evaluating GM department associates
- implementing and enforcing company policies
- ensuring workplace safety and sanitation compliance
- participating in accident reduction plans
