Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years related retail experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid driver’s license or state ID
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • availability to work assigned shifts on time
  • ability to train and supervise associates

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum two years related retail experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret business documents
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • basic mathematical skills including fractions, percentages, and ratios
  • problem-solving abilities
  • valid driver’s license or state ID
  • capable of operating required equipment
  • demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Reporting for assigned shifts on time and ready to lead
  • promoting sales through guest engagement and product knowledge
  • performing managerial duties including inventory and sales tracking
  • merchandising products to drive sales
  • directing and participating in stocking, pricing, and store maintenance
  • providing training on guest service and equipment use
  • supervising and evaluating GM department associates
  • implementing and enforcing company policies
  • ensuring workplace safety and sanitation compliance
  • participating in accident reduction plans
