Job Requirements
- Flexibility with workdays and hours

Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in building maintenance fields with a minimum of one year in a similar position or equal experience
- Experience using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment
- Training and experience in general mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot
- Basic English language and mathematical skills for communication
- People person with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings and overnight
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders and work in physically demanding environments
- Understanding of fire and safety protocols
- Good communication skills to understand guest needs
- Ability to quickly identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Focused eye for detail ensuring safety and comfort
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
Job Duties
- Enjoy working as part of a team to assist other engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance
- Earnestly respond to guest requests to ensure their personal comfort
- Take pride in our house and perform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas while monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- Enthusiastically prepare for daily work assignments and review priorities and special projects
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate time management
- Hold the highest standards for the proper use of all equipment
- Responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of the property, our guests, and fellow associates
