Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification
- Previous material handling experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Commitment to workplace safety
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail

- Physical ability to lift and move materials
- Basic understanding of inventory management
Job Duties
- Operate forklifts to move mattress components from receiving trailers to storage racks
- Move pallets of mattress encasements from the encase department to the mattress assembly area
- Push wheeled carts of welded mattress spring units to designated staging areas
- Ensure safe and efficient material handling throughout the production process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with inventory management as needed
