Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift operating certification or license
- Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work full-time in Medina, OH
- Compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Job Duties
- Operate forklift to move mattress components from receiving trailers to storage racks
- Move pallets of mattress encasements from encase department to mattress assembly area
- Push wheeled carts of welded mattress spring units to designated staging areas
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all materials
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage and staging areas
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
