Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operating certification or license
  • Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work full-time in Medina, OH
  • Compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

Job Duties

  • Operate forklift to move mattress components from receiving trailers to storage racks
  • Move pallets of mattress encasements from encase department to mattress assembly area
  • Push wheeled carts of welded mattress spring units to designated staging areas
  • Ensure the safe handling and transportation of all materials
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage and staging areas
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
