Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant manager experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of financial statements and labor productivity
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Familiarity with food and beverage service standards

Job Duties

  • Provide training and supervision of personnel including assistant managers and supervisors
  • Ensure prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies
  • Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff
  • Supervise floor operations during service
  • Monitor timing of guest experience and handle complaints
  • Schedule front-of-house staff and coordinate kitchen, stewarding, and cashier schedules
  • Ensure side-stations are stocked and all side-work completed
  • Maintain equipment functionality including beverage machines
  • Manage seating and station rotation
  • Coordinate dining room functions during service
  • Monitor service staff productivity and food quality
  • Review reservations and monitor special attention details
  • Maintain cleanliness and physical atmosphere of the restaurant
  • Enforce staff uniform and appearance standards
  • Inspect table settings and menus daily
  • Control costs and implement sales promotions
  • Expedite table turnover and resetting
  • Assist with beverage procedures and cashier support
  • Adhere to company policies and emergency procedures
  • Enforce liquor liability laws
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
