Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Prolonged stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly stressed environment
  • Ability to work with agility
  • Assist in training and developing new hires
  • Ability to work occasional long hours within state and federal laws
  • Ability to write simple correspondence in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees in English
  • Ability to test products by taste, color, and smell
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current ServSafe certification or pass within 30 days
  • Food Handler Permit as required by local laws
  • Compliance with all local Health Department requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams in a retail environment
  • Availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Responsible for his/her store meeting financial targets including monitoring labor costs, food costs, and sales goals
  • Manage store assets including security and safety
  • Provide insight and oversee cash handling and financial reporting
  • Monitor inventory, production, waste, and giveaways to control costs without compromising quality
  • Recruit, interview, and hire staff
  • Direct and coordinate staff activities
  • Ensure adherence to uniform policy and appearance standards
  • Provide and supervise training and onboarding of staff
  • Determine staffing needs and schedule all employees
  • Provide disciplined leadership including coaching, counseling, disciplining, and terminating staff
  • Provide accurate monthly inventory
  • Ensure accurate employee timekeeping
  • Review and authorize payment of invoices
  • Maintain equipment and physical facilities
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance
  • Contact repair services as needed
  • Ensure prompt completion of paperwork and reports
  • Maintain operational and personnel files
  • Coordinate and execute promotional, marketing, and PR activities
  • Recommend pricing strategies and special offers
  • Maintain good relations with mall management
  • Comply with all brand and company policies and relevant regulations
  • Be a working manager on the front line
  • Perform other duties as assigned
