Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hotel management experience in a limited service-level environment
  • Experience with Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar hotel brands
  • Proficiency in managing financial aspects such as P&L, budgets, and cost controls
  • Working knowledge of Micros, Fosse, and Profit Sword
  • Strong organizational and detail orientation
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and perseverance
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to engage in sales and maintain client accounts to drive revenue growth

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel leadership experience in a limited service-level property
  • Proven success in management roles within Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, or similar brands
  • Strong financial acumen including experience with P&L review, budget creation, and cost control
  • Knowledge of Micros, Fosse, and Profit Sword systems
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership with integrity and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Ensure implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations and increase profit and market share
  • Hold the property leadership team accountable for strategy execution
  • Guide professional development of the property leadership team and all team members
  • Ensure sales engines are leveraged effectively
  • Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations, and delivering solid business results
  • Be active in the local community to build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers
