Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
  • Willingness to train at existing restaurant locations prior to opening new stores
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Prior leadership experience in restaurant or related field
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to organize and plan operational activities
  • Flexible and energetic
  • Honest and team-oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant
  • Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and lead others effectively
  • Strong planning and organizational skills including managing budgets and schedules
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, and honest
  • Ability to work with high energy and demonstrate drive

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent service and food quality
  • Lead, train, and develop staff to build a motivated and high-performing team
  • Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reports to meet business goals
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate training and operational preparation when opening new locations
