Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant
- previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- prior experience training, developing, and leading others
- ability to plan and organize goals, schedules, budgets, and P&L statements
- hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and excellent customer skills
- high energy and results driven
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must possess a high school diploma or GED
- must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- willingness to drive and train in existing stores
- must pass a pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- lead, train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control to meet financial goals
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- implement and maintain brand standards to provide a consistent experience
- engage with customers to build relationships and address concerns
- participate in training and development programs including extended training at existing restaurants prior to new openings
