Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant
  • previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
  • prior experience training, developing, and leading others
  • ability to plan and organize goals, schedules, budgets, and P&L statements
  • hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and excellent customer skills
  • high energy and results driven
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • willingness to drive and train in existing stores
  • must pass a pre-employment background check

Job Qualifications

  • strong planning and organizing skills including budget and P&L management
  • excellent customer service and communication skills

  • willingness to travel and participate in extensive training

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • lead, train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control to meet financial goals
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • implement and maintain brand standards to provide a consistent experience
  • engage with customers to build relationships and address concerns
  • participate in training and development programs including extended training at existing restaurants prior to new openings
