Job Requirements
- minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant or full-service restaurant
- previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- prior experience training, developing, and leading others
- ability to specify goals, priorities, tasks, resources, schedules, budgets, and P&L statements
- hardworking, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, honest, and excellent customer skills
- consistently high energy and drive
- at least 18 years old
- possession of high school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license with reliable personal transportation
- willingness to train in existing restaurant prior to opening
- successful completion of pre-employment background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage day-to-day restaurant operations including scheduling and inventory control
- lead and develop restaurant staff with emphasis on training and development
- ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- oversee budgeting and financial performance including profit and loss statements
- uphold company standards for food quality and safety
- implement bonus program and motivate team to achieve goals
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
