Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurant
- Proven experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Prior experience training and leading teams
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo training and drive to different locations
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, enthusiastic, and honest
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants
- Previous restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience
- Experience in training, developing, and leading teams
- Strong planning and organizational skills including managing budgets and schedules
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to display high energy and drive for achievement

- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage staff hiring, training, scheduling, and development
- Monitor financial performance including budgets and P&L statements
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive sales initiatives and promotional activities
- Implement operational procedures and quality control
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture
