Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts
- able to work in a noisy and hot kitchen environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- serving safe certification
- prior leadership or management experience in a retail or food service environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage teams and motivate associates
- flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
- knowledge of food safety and operational compliance
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a single Panda Express store
- hire, train, and mentor associates to build a cohesive and high-performing team
- achieve financial goals through effective management of store resources and sales strategies
- ensure compliance with food safety standards including Serve Safe certification
- deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining quality and service standards
- participate in continuous leadership development and training programs
- handle conflict resolution and adapt to dynamic workplace priorities
