Job Requirements
- Management experience of at least one year preferred but not required
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 9pm
- Ability to oversee staff schedules and conduct training
- Comfortable working in a fitness and family entertainment environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and business finances
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a manager preferred in a similar industry such as family fun or fitness
- Experience coaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to formulate and execute training programs
- Strong decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Ensure staff follows safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business to competitors
