Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
- minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience, preferably in private clubs or residential communities
- strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams
- exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- proficiency in financial management and operational oversight
- ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- understanding of veteran culture and appreciation for service-oriented community
Job Qualifications
- proven experience in senior management within private clubs or similar community organizations
- strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- excellent leadership and team development abilities
- knowledge of golf course and clubhouse operations
- commitment to high standards of customer service
- outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- manage all club operations including residential, golf, dining, recreation, and security
- lead and develop staff to achieve high levels of performance and member satisfaction
- oversee financial management including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal stewardship
- maintain and enhance clubhouse facilities and amenities
- implement and uphold community safety and security protocols
- foster a culture of patriotism, service, and camaraderie among members and staff
- collaborate with the board of directors on strategic planning and governance
