Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field
  • minimum of 10 years of relevant management experience, preferably in private clubs or residential communities
  • strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams
  • exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • proficiency in financial management and operational oversight
  • ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • understanding of veteran culture and appreciation for service-oriented community

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience in senior management within private clubs or similar community organizations
  • strong financial acumen and budget management skills
  • excellent leadership and team development abilities
  • knowledge of golf course and clubhouse operations
  • commitment to high standards of customer service
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to align with the community’s values and culture

Job Duties

  • manage all club operations including residential, golf, dining, recreation, and security
  • lead and develop staff to achieve high levels of performance and member satisfaction
  • oversee financial management including budgeting, reporting, and fiscal stewardship
  • maintain and enhance clubhouse facilities and amenities
  • implement and uphold community safety and security protocols
  • foster a culture of patriotism, service, and camaraderie among members and staff
  • collaborate with the board of directors on strategic planning and governance
