Job Duties
- manage all restaurant operations including cost controls inventory and cash control
- set an example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- create staff schedules and manage daily labor
- order products and maintain inventory levels
- hire and train team members
- maintain excellent customer relations
- monitor and control costs to achieve profit goals
