Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use computers and handheld devices
- Must follow all company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or related field
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable of processing orders accurately and effectively
- Knowledge of inventory and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math operations
- Experience with staff supervision and training
- Ability to work under pressure and meet quality standards
Job Duties
- Manage all operations during shift including cost control, inventory, cash control and customer relations
- Set example by following company policies and procedures 100% of the time and ensure crew compliance
- Oversee staffing, complete required paperwork, and maintain food management standards
- Work according to schedule and maintain store cleanliness and perfect image
- Provide great customer service and ensure attendance and punctuality
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and drive store profitability
